Baked Corn
A classic recipe for potlucks or holidays from a dear friend, Ruthie.
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1 stick margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients well. Spread in greased dish and bake 350 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes.
